Monument University has access to several amateur and professional sports teams in NYC. Students pursuing a BS in Sports Management are eligible for signing up to receive an application for internships with teams like the New York Giants and New York Knicks. A sports internship will give you experience exploring a career in community sports management. In the competitive world of sports, an internship provides hands-on learning and gives you a professional advantage. Interns can pursue opportunities in collegiate sports management, local television stations, assisting with marketing campaigns and social media, writing pitches and stories, and providing administrative support.
